Ordering: We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Pay Pal as payment methods. Please supply the correct billing address when ordering or your shipment may be delayed for billing verification. Only Pay Pal orders with a confirmed shipping address are accepted. SHIPPING OPTIONS
Ground Service: Receipt of merchandise is usually within 5-8 business days for in-stock items. We ship via FedEx, UPS and the U.S. Postal Service. ScaleModelsGifts.com offers free shipping for ground service in the continental U.S.A. The shipping costs for Alaska, Hawaii, APO and FPO addresses will be billed at the Priority Service rate. We ship Monday through Friday and deliveries are Monday through Friday, major holidays excepted.

Priority Service:
Receipt of merchandise is usually within 3-4 business days for in-stock items. The cost for shipping via Priority Service is $24.00. Orders must be placed by 10:00 A.M. Pacific time for same day shipping. Delivery time does not include weekend days and holidays.

Express Service Receipt of merchandise is within 1-2 business days for in-stock items. The cost for shipping via Express Service is $50.00. Orders must be placed by 10:00 A.M. Pacific time for same day shipping. Delivery time does not include weekend days and holidays.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
If a return or exchange is requested please email service@ScaleModelGifts.com for a Return Authorization (RA) number. All returned or exchanged merchandise must be in the ScaleModelGifts.com office within 30-days of delivery. Please ship all items back insured and ship to the above listed ScaleModelGifts.com address. All materials need to be returned with the merchandise including all manuals. If all materials are not enclosed a 20% restocking fee will apply. For our early bird Christmas shoppers, shop with ease. The return policy for Christmas merchandise is extended to two weeks after Christmas. Sorry shipping costs are not refundable.

INTERNATIONAL and FBO and APO ORDERS:
We only ship to countries where insurance is available and not all items are available for international shipping or FBO and APO orders. You will be advised via e-mail for your approval of ship charges for your acceptance and you are responsible for any custom duties or taxes. We ship via USPS International Priority Mail. This is generally a 6-10 business day air service once shipped.

SALES TAX:
Sales tax is necessary for deliveries to the state of California only. The tax rate is 7.25%
